National Equipment Development Manager

A key aspect of their innovation leadership is in product development and equipment specification and design. The role of National Equipment Development Manager is focused on the identification and introduction of appropriate technology and equipment to ensure the supply of quality food and beverage options.

Reporting to the Chief Innovation & Technology Officer, this role touches most parts of the organisation - Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, NPD, Technical and Finance. There are significant external relationships with Consultants and Equipment Suppliers as well with regulatory authorities. The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders on identification and evaluation of equipment options, through to the project management of equipment installation. Regular overseas travel is required.

You will have an engineering background within a food and beverage / FMCG environment with a keen understanding of your customers' needs. The ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders is essential as are strong project management skills. Engineering or related tertiary qualifications are essential.
