Introduction

Established in 2004 by Bernard Kelly, BKP Search & Selection is an executive search and selection consulting firm with a clear focus on building our clients’ talent base and contributing to the career development of the candidates in who we interact.

Clearly, an organisation’s ability to achieve success is founded on its people. It is therefore critical to have a focused strategy on how to attract, retain and develop its human capital. Our focus and capability includes mid to senior level roles with organisations providing Consumer and Industrial services and products. It traverses General Management, Business Unit management, Operations, Supply Chain, Technical and Engineering roles.

HUMAN RESOURCES

In addition, we have an established capability in delivering executive search and selection consulting services for the Human Resources function of Construction, Engineering, Consumer & Industrial organisations.  This includes Human Resources Generalist roles as well as specialist roles of Employee/Industrial Relations, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Compensation & Benefits and Health, Safety & Environment.

Our focus and capability includes mid to senior level roles within the Construction and Engineering sectors.  This traverses head-office based roles through to site-based construction roles and specialist engineering roles.
